They’re both purple, except for the rabbit.

The world tells us to complain. the world tells us that things are bad. the world tells us that we should take a stand against all of the bad things. the world tells us that everyone/thing is against us. take a second look… we are spitting at our father in heaven. He creates everything beautiful, everything glorious.
I was asked today, like most days, how my day was. I replied like most days, it’s alright. I rarley exclaim that it’s been great or even that it stands out from any other day. If all of my days are just OK then I think i’m missing something.
Today I found myself laughing with great friends. I got to chat with one of my best friends on the phone- she’s one of those friends who actually cares how you are doing. I babysat some sweet kids, and then came home to the unconditional love of my dogs.
I didn’t appreciate much today.. Now that I consider it, I had a fantastic day. And now that I think about it, I’m soo blessed! I normally complain about the most frivilous of things.. like a hard math test or a boring lecture. I even complain when I have to wait 5 minutes longer for something I take for granted.
I’m going to work on this. You should too! Think about it the next time someone asks you about your day. give thanks!
ps. i found a great group on youtube today.. plug in stereo. check em’ out!
